Beginning June 10, 2026 every Wednesday I'll be hosting a 1 hour virtual meditation class. The class will include introduction to the class, student introductions & meditation requests, how to prepare to meditate, meditation, and sharing our experiences. Together we'll learn how to find your comfortable meditation foundation, explore different techniques to prepare our bodies for meditation, build our skills of focus (Dhāraṇā), and we'll learn how to experience the present moment.
